Went into the gym today. I wept openly as I waved my badge in front of the door and heard that yummy 'click' that I was still permitted access!This euphoria was short lived, evaporating as I entered the gym and found my wife on MY elliptical, defiling it! Glaring at her I stormed over to AT Everest's elliptical. I really do need to get some plaques made with my name on them. People get confused, it's understandable but annoying.
Today was suppose to be my light workout day but given all the wandering around I did in CA I decided to do 45 minutes of calorie burning - Monday is weigh in and we'll see if my experiments with herbs and Oreos have paid off! I expect amazing results!!!
