I'll be on the wheel today (which isn't as aerobic as you'd think) hopping off it for a dental appointment. I did not work out today :-( but will be back tomorrow - apologies.OH! Today's my daughter's birthday - she's eleven and quite pleased about it. Happy Birthday to wonderDaughter!
